Casting underway for

A Midsummer Night’s Dream

 

Thirty-five students have been cast in the Drama Club’s fall production of Shakespeare’s A Midsummer Night’s Dream.  Rehearsals will begin after fall break.  Club members who were unable to audition should make plans to assist with the technical areas of your choice:  set, lights, costumes, props, sound, publicity, makeup, tickets, ushers, or program.  Club members will be working every Tuesday and Thursday beginning after fall break.

Rehearsal for Murder takes the stage!

 

On September 20 and 22 the Drama Club will present the thriller Rehearsal for Murder

Based on the hit TV play by Richard Levinson and William Link adapted for the stage by D.D. Brooke 

Performances are:

Thurs., 9/20, at 7:30 pm;

Sat., 9/22 @ 2:00 pm & 7:00 pm.

Tickets are $5.00.

Rehearsal for Murder is presented by special arrangement with Dramatic Publishing of Woodstock, IL

If you would like to help usher or sell tickets for one or more of the performances, please sign up in room 425.

It’s not too late to join the Drama Club.  Pay your $5.00 club dues in room 425.

Thespian Conference

 

Make plans to travel to Memphis with the DCHS Thespian Troupe to attend the Tennessee State Thespian Conference on January 18-20.  This will be a fun-filled learning experience!
